Send us your inquiry to ldostal@sanklim.cz with a brief description of the type of health problem you need a relief from. Please attach the medical report describing your health condition.
Our Chief Doctor will review the documents provided. In case any further information is needed, we will send you a brief questionnaire and ask you to answer a few questions clarifying your ability to undergo a treatment at our centre.
Having received completed information from you, we will recommend a suitable rehabilitation program for you. We will supply you with description of the program, its costs, duration options etc.
As soon as you confirm your interest to come over for treatment, we ask you to specify your expectation in terms of arrival and departure date, choice of accommodation and catering preferences. We will need you to confirm whether you come on your own or with an accompaniment.
In case you wish to take part in one of the specialized neuro-rehabilitation programs, we make a booking in our reservation system. In all instances we book an accommodation and catering according to your preference.
We issue an invitation letter should you need to obtain visit visa to the Czech Republic and support you in booking a convenient transport from our home to Sanatoria Klimkovice.
In case you have booked a specialized neuro-rehab program, we send you an invoice and ask you to pay a down payment.
Your medical trip to the Czech Republic has been booked. We send you a voucher entitling you to treatment at our centre.
We welcome you at Ostrava airport or train station and bring you to Klimkovice for check in.
We give you a small tour around our centre, provide you with contacts to our English speaking staff, inform you about your first appointment at the doctor.
You enjoy the treatment and rehabilitation procedures, explore the beautiful surroundings of our centre as well as other options to spend your free time. During your stay you will be in regular contact with the doctor, therapists and our specialist dedicated to international patients.
On your departure day you will get your final medical report translated to English and your final invoice. We will arrange transportation for you to Ostrava airport or train station.
